Scottish Design Awards 2010

Scottish Design Awards Finalists

Reiach and Hall have achieved great success making the finals of this year's Scottish Design Awards. All of our submitted projects are now shortlisted with work recognised across many sectors including 'Best Public Building', 'Best Commercial Project' and 'Best Interior'.

Aberdeen Regional Sports Facility, the current Aberdeen Civic Society's Design Award champion, and multi-award winning New Stobhill Hospital are both finalists for the Scottish Design Awards 'Best Public Building'.

Aurora House, for Clydebank ReBuilt, is nominated for the 'Best Commercial Project' 2010. *[Aurora House, also winning recognition in this year's GIA Awards, was delivered on time and budget with the full support of the client. “We are delighted with the result... this latest development had no real hitches and in no short measure, is a testament to the vision and drive of Reiach and Hall." Alan Robertson, Projects Director, Clydebank ReBuilt.]

Also moving forward, as the 'Best Interior' project 2010, is our ground breaking Inspace Gallery. Inspace, part of the Potterrow Development for the University of Edinburgh, is a progressive exhibition facility that has evolved a fantastic and enviable pedigree of collaborative research installations and events.

The Scottish Design Awards celebrates the very best of graphic and architectural design being produced in Scotland. Award results will be announced on 28th May.
